The ingredients of the seafood bowl are all very fresh, and every bite brings joy. The flesh is firm, and each flavor is distinctly conveyed. The acidity of the rice is just right, creating a great balance with the fish. There are many types of ingredients, making it fun to eat. The chawanmushi has a smooth texture and a gentle flavor. The miso soup has a light aroma of shrimp that spreads pleasantly, allowing for a happy dining experience until the very end.
