First, the fragrant rooibos tea is served, which is very comforting. The daily special plate is filled with plenty of local vegetables, and the colors are beautiful. The seasoning relies on the ingredients themselves without unnecessary additions, allowing the natural aromas to gently spread. The brown rice cooked in a pressure cooker is firm and chewy, providing great satisfaction. The cooking that utilizes the skin and the accent of bonito flakes is really nice. Once seated, the dishes are served in a style where you leave it up to the chef, making it enjoyable to encounter different flavors with each season.
