This is a specialty shop for curry udon, and the interior is very clean and calming. There is a wide variety of options to choose from, including dipping types, topped with fried rice cakes, and bowls loaded with vegetables. The broth, infused with a rich umami and fragrant spices, is very appetizing. The udon noodles are slightly thin and go down smoothly, pairing perfectly with the ingredients like pork and onions. Sprinkling a little black shichimi or shichimi enhances the aroma and allows you to enjoy a change in flavor. Finally, pouring the leftover curry broth over rice makes it delicious until the very end.
