All the handmade dishes are delicious. The shrimp toast has a crispy bread, and the aroma of shrimp spreads gently. The taco-style pizza has just the right amount of spiciness, making it perfect for snacking. The stir-fried chicken gizzards with soy sauce and koji have a fun texture, and they go well with drinks. The tsukune (chicken meatballs) are satisfying and fulfilling. The boiled dishes and vinegar miso dressing served as appetizers have a comforting taste that brings a smile to your face.
