The ingredients, such as mushrooms, root vegetables, thick fried tofu, and tomatoes, are cut into larger pieces, making it easy to enjoy with chopsticks. It's also fun to add a squeeze of yuzu or change the flavor with garlic and chili-infused oil. The pickles served on the side provide a nice palate cleanser, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The miso soup, filled with plenty of vegetables, comes in a generous-sized bowl, and you can choose your preferred type of miso from two options, which is satisfying. The calm atmosphere of the restaurant feels like home, and the seats near the bookshelf are cozy, reminiscent of a study.
