I made love to "Nodoguro Chirashi Sushi" at "Sushi Restaurant Aiji" for lunch today. It's been a while since I ate raw fish! The sushi was freshly made, the sushi rice was still slightly warm, and the ingredients were delicious. After GW, they are going to reopen the restaurant with a limited number of customers, so I'm happy to think that I will be able to eat sushi made by Aiji in front of me again ⁽⁽٩٩⁽. (๑˃˃˃˃˃˃) ۶⁾⁾

Disappointment is too much I usually visit Taihei Sushi and Kamekumi on my business trips to Kanazawa, but this time the timing of my reservation was not right, so I went here. I had high expectations for this restaurant because the owner had originally trained at Taihei Sushi, but I was surprised at the low quality of the food. I was also surprised at the way the restaurant's atmosphere was created and the customer service was like that of a "country izakaya" and the clientele was poor. The restaurant serves sushi that is not much different in level from sushi restaurants in commercial facilities that charge around 3,980 yen per person, but at three times or four times the price. From the bottom of my heart, I strongly felt that they should never say again that they were trained at Taiheiyo. Most of the people who choose this restaurant will probably do so based on the Taihei brand name, thinking that the restaurant is owned by someone who was trained at Taihei, but if you visit the restaurant with such expectations, you will be greatly disappointed.

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Hokuriku seafood to your heart's content. Needless to say, the nigiri is delicious, but the steamed sushi is especially special. I don't think there are many people who have had it, so the first time you try it, you will feel a different level of happiness.
