The restaurant has counter seats and tatami rooms, creating a calm atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era. The chef prepares the sushi by himself, allowing you to watch his meticulous work right in front of you. The lunch sushi includes tuna, scallops, flounder, and even some fatty tuna that made me smile. The rice is on the smaller side, which balances well with the toppings, giving it a light mouthfeel. A clear soup and fruit were served afterward, making for a refreshing experience until the end. By the time I was leaving, regular customers casually appeared, making me feel that this is a beloved local establishment.
