This is a type of prawn known for its firm and bouncy flesh. It is raised in the beautiful seawater of New Caledonia and has a strong umami flavor. In recent years, it has been used as a high-end ingredient in various restaurants, but 4 pieces for 850 yen (excluding tax) is a great deal!!
A rare delicacy that is hard to find at other restaurants; regular customers order it every time!
Enjoy juicy grilled duck meat with grated daikon and ponzu sauce.
