This is a small and calm soba restaurant located in a hot spring town. The noodles have a firm texture and slide down smoothly, pairing well with the fragrant broth. A bowl filled with plenty of soft nameko mushrooms is irresistibly rich in flavor. The freshly fried tempura has a light texture, and the sweetness of the carrots was particularly impressive. The warm chicken broth is deliciously comforting, and you can even enjoy the soba-yu at the end. The staff is kind and happy to consult with you according to your preferences.
