Soba Made with Famous Naruko Spring Water and Warm Hospitality

The slender Sarashina soba made with Naruko's renowned spring water offers a light and smooth texture, complemented by a refined sweet dipping sauce. A bowl paired with locally sourced Iwate chicken highlights umami and elasticity, providing a comforting taste that soothes the heart after a meal. In the cozy interior, attentive and warm service gently alleviates the fatigue of travel. This is a quiet soba shop that you’ll want to stop by while exploring the hot spring town.

This is a small and calm soba restaurant located in a hot spring town. The noodles have a firm texture and slide down smoothly, pairing well with the fragrant broth. A bowl filled with plenty of soft nameko mushrooms is irresistibly rich in flavor. The freshly fried tempura has a light texture, and the sweetness of the carrots was particularly impressive. The warm chicken broth is deliciously comforting, and you can even enjoy the soba-yu at the end. The staff is kind and happy to consult with you according to your preferences.
