I had ramen, both white and black, and after feeling the umami of the broth, I found both soups to have a strong salty taste. Since there was a ramen sauce on the table, which is a topping that increases the saltiness, I wished they had used a broth that was more focused on the umami. When ordering on my smartphone, the screen did not show options for a stronger or lighter broth, but the staff mentioned that the broth's thickness could be adjusted. I wonder if that referred to the saltiness or the overall concentration? I should have asked for more details. If I had, I might not have wasted the delicious broth. I felt a bit of regret, so I rated it -0.1. Next time, I plan to ask about that while I eat again. Next, I want to try the pork bone broth with thick noodles.

Nous avons pu y aller avec un bébé. Malgré l'heure de pointe, le personnel a pris soin de nous servir séparément. Grâce à cela, nous avons pu déguster de délicieux ramen. Merci beaucoup.

Chaque fois que je viens, tout le monde me reçoit avec un service agréable. J'attends avec impatience les ramen spéciaux de chaque mois. Je veux encore manger les ramen aux œufs dorés.

I went for the first time! It was incredibly delicious! I had the regular size black ramen, and since we ordered half fried rice and a small gyoza for two people, we shared them and they were delicious! I thought I want to go again. I also felt that the staff were kind people.

My son used to go there often when he was a student at a technical college, and when I asked him about a good pork bone ramen restaurant, he said Ryu-no-hige, so we stopped by and had some. I like traveling in Kyushu and have eaten many kinds of ramen from the Kyushu region. I personally thought that the flavor at this restaurant was not rich, but it showed the gentle personality of the owner, who I believe does a good job of processing the pork bones. The people who served us were polite and attentive, and we had a very pleasant meal. The restaurant was clean and I thought it would be nice to be able to order by OR code and pay by card, paypay, cash, etc., reducing the burden on the staff. It would be even better if other payment methods were available, like aupay, for example, or various cashless payments. Anyway, I was satisfied. Thank you for the food.

Nous avions un petit enfant, mais le personnel a décalé les horaires pour nous, et ils ont préparé des chaises pour enfants et des gobelets avec des pailles, ce qui nous a beaucoup aidés.

Je suis allé vers 18 heures et j'ai été impressionné par la courtoisie du personnel féminin présent à cette heure-là, qui est toujours très aimable. Je prends toujours les nouilles blanches, elles sont vraiment délicieuses. C'est un ramen tonkotsu bien riche, avec peu d'odeur de porc, ce qui le rend facile à manger. Je pense que ceux qui recherchent le goût fort du tonkotsu auront des avis partagés, mais pour ma part, je l'adore et j'y vais souvent.

Le curry de porc braisé en édition limitée était incroyablement délicieux. Le service était très agréable, et je souhaite y retourner lorsque je reviendrai à Koyama. -0,2 point pour le léger retard dans le service.
