This is a calm space located in a corner of a residential area. When you take off your shoes at the entrance and step inside, you are greeted by a stylish interior with jazz music playing, featuring both a counter and tables. The thin soba noodles are aromatic, have a perfect chewiness, and are excellently balanced with the dipping sauce. The dipping sauce has a rich umami flavor, allowing for a smooth and enjoyable eating experience. The delicate taste of the pickles is also impressive, and you can fully enjoy the soba broth at the end. The staff's warm hospitality is delightful, and it's great that you can also enjoy snacks and drinks.
