✏️ Yamato Tsukemen Kasuga〗〖Torimi-cho, Nara City ------------------------ The second bowl is here♪ Usually it's called "Hanayama" which is a ramen shop with sea bream soup stock. but they only serve thick tsukemen on Saturdays at noon, and they have a different curtain 😊. Of course, I had already researched that and went to Kasuga this time. I will visit "Hanayama" again when I go to Nara ✨ I'll be back again! I will visit Hanayama again when I go back to Nara ✨ ＊＊ ☘Super Thick Tsukemen (💴850) The thick, shiny noodles have a sticky texture, but unfortunately the wheat flavor doesn't come through that well. I wanted to taste the wheatiness along with the texture (TT). The dipping sauce is just a seafood base with animal parts combined as clay. I wonder if the amount of dried bonito flakes is quite large. It seems like they are trying to make it thicker with that amount. Then, if you reduce the amount and lengthen the simmering time... It might have become sweeter and easier to eat. It was rich only on the surface and there was no depth to it, which was also disappointing. I still think I'll go for "Hanayama" next time: ‼️ In case you are wondering, I was too hungry to have porridge 🤣 *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❈⁎❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈⁎❈ Yamato Tsukemen Kasuga 1-1-4 Torimi-cho, Nara-shi, Nara 🏠 Hironori Mansion 1F Tomio station 5 min. 5 minutes from Tomio Station 🕦 11:30am - 2:30pm 💤 Open only on Saturdays 9 seats (counter only) 🚬 🚬 🚬 💺 9 seats (counter only) 🅿️ 🈚️ *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈⁎❈ * *
