This restaurant seems to cherish Kumamoto ingredients, and the aroma spread from the first dish served, the Akagyu beef bowl. When I gradually combined the moist red meat with wasabi and barley miso, the changes in flavor were enjoyable, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The accompanying miso soup was rich in dashi, and it paired perfectly with the bowl. The hamburger was tender and well-seasoned with spices, and it tasted even better when eaten with white rice. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the staff greet you with smiles, making it a comfortable place to be. Although it is a bit far from the station, I felt it was worth the trip to savor the experience.
