A restaurant near Yokohama Station where you can taste the best yakitori. The owner is Mr. Masato Jiba, who trained at "Yakitori Satoyotei" and "Yakitori Bidori. The restaurant offers only omakase (omakase course), which includes gingered hatsu (pork cutlet) and rare grilled liver. A wide selection of sake and wine selected by sake connoisseurs and sommeliers are also available. We hope you will enjoy our exquisite yakitori in a relaxed atmosphere.

Heure de la visite : 10/2019 Soir

Prix par personne : JPY 9 000

A friend made an appointment for me to visit. The grilled dishes are served one after another like a course, rather than ordered individually. The waiter told us, "Please tell them to stop when you are full. The drink menu is extensive. The restaurant offers a wide variety of drinks, including wines not listed on the menu, so you can enjoy a fresh pairing of yakitori and wine! What surprised me was that the owner listens to his customers. When serving the food, he would say, "Here is the '00,'" but when I failed to listen and asked my friend in a whisper, "What did I just say? The owner noticed my voice and told me again... I could see his good personality as he talked openly with the regulars. The grilled dishes were all delicious, and I was able to enjoy rare parts such as kumquat. The hatsu, in particular, was so plump and juicy that I thought it was already raw. My friend loved it. The person sitting next to us said to the owner, "You changed the way you grill the pork since the last time I visited. I like the way you grill it now. I think I understand why there are so many repeat customers. My only disappointment was that my friend, who arrived at the restaurant at a different time, was not guided smoothly through the restaurant. The atmosphere is perfect, not too quiet and warm. It was a great place for a date!

A yakitori restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Each skewer is carefully grilled and you can enjoy the adult atmosphere! And it is close to Yokohama Station! The chicken was rare and in good condition. The meat was fluffy! The interior of the restaurant is a spacious white base. It might be a good place for a date!
