Authentic okonomiyaki loved by locals

Located in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, Okonomiyaki Yamada offers a charming atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era, where you can enjoy delicious okonomiyaki. The flavorful okonomiyaki made with fresh chicken is a hot topic, and the sight of it being grilled on the teppan is truly a show. The special dashi-cooked Yamada-yaki, which is fluffy and perfectly grilled, is a beloved dish among many local patrons. In addition to okonomiyaki, the menu features a variety of options including yakisoba and yakiudon, making it well worth a visit.

There is a parking lot, making it easy to access by car. The food is cooked slowly, resulting in a crispy surface and a creamy interior. The okonomiyaki, loaded with chicken, is soft and can be easily cut with a spatula. There are many options to choose from, including those with offal and jumbo sizes, making ordering enjoyable. The batter is fluffy and thick, providing a satisfying bite. They also offer takeout, and you can feel the local love for this place.
