The other day, we went to Nagano Prefecture for a camp for good food 🚄. After enjoying yakiniku in Iida City, we moved to Ina City and went to "Blue Tower," a sauce katsudon restaurant 🐷. This is my second visit to this restaurant ✌️ Last time we had to wait in line for about 40 minutes, but this time we were lucky to get in easily 😊. ▪️ Hire Katsudon (1,300 yen) Last time I had the loin, so this time I went for the filet 🐖. Less fat than the loin, but you can feel the richness of the texture and impact 😊. And the pepper is the key to the saucy katsudon here: ☝️ The meat is well seasoned and the sauce is not too sweet. Naturally, the rice goes well with it 🍚😋🍚😋. Well, it was delicious 👏👏👏! Sauce katsudon is a specialty in the Ina region. I've eaten at several restaurants, but this might be the best type 🤤🤤🤤. I will visit again ❗️

The other day for lunch we went to "Blue Tower" in Ina City, Nagano 🏠. Again, a restaurant with sauce pork cutlet served on top of rice 😆. I got there in time for the opening time of 11:30am, but had to wait in line for 40 minutes 😳! I checked the license plate numbers and all the customers were from outside of Nagano 😳😳It's a very popular restaurant that has spread its deliciousness by word of mouth 😉🙌 ▪️ Sauce Katsudon 🐷. You can choose between loin and fillet, and I had the loin again this day. The sauce is thin and sweet, but the meat is covered with a lot of pepper, which goes well with the sweet sauce 😳. It was surprisingly junky and went down easy 👅. I've had "Meiji Tei" and "Takeda" in the Ina area and I like this one the best 🙌🙌 I've already conquered another great Sauce Katsudon restaurant 😙! I love Nagano Prefecture 💓 because it is full of nature and the food is delicious.
