The interior is very clean and has a calm atmosphere. The charcoal is glowing red, and just the aroma makes my stomach growl. The liver sashimi is thick and tender, with a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste. The salted tongue has a strong umami flavor, and the pleasant chewiness lingers. Even the regular kalbi has a beautiful marbling, and the meat juices spread in my mouth, bringing happiness. The final dish, the beef bone soup, had no off-flavors, and the richness of the oxtail seeped into my body, making it the best.
