This is a small shop with a calm atmosphere located underground, where you can spend your time leisurely. When you take your seat, you are served appetizers like tuna sashimi, making it enjoyable from the start. There are many types of beef tongue dishes to choose from, and they all have a wonderful aroma and are carefully prepared. In particular, the wagyu tongue steak is tender and juicy, which left me quite impressed. The boiled tongue is so tender that it can be cut with chopsticks, and it pairs perfectly with barley and tororo rice. The interior has a traditional farmhouse style that is comfortable, and it feels clean, making even the restroom pleasant to use.
