A bistro with heartwarming service and delicious food

Bistro 1958 captivates visitors with its comfortable service and meticulously prepared dishes. The interior features a bear symbol, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beef stew and various carpaccios are particularly popular, with each dish reflecting the chef's heartfelt dedication. Additionally, the creativity in the desserts is not to be missed.

In a quiet atmosphere, you can enjoy your meal slowly. The kampachi carpaccio, enhanced with umami from kombu, pairs well with the tangy vegetables. The soup, which allows you to taste the sweetness of the vegetables, is smooth and has an interesting impression reminiscent of chawanmushi. The hamburger made with a combination of black pork and black wagyu beef is tender and becomes even more delicious with the original sauce and a runny egg. The baked shrimp with cheese and the pan-fried rockfish are also fragrant, and I was satisfied with the dessert, including the swan cream puff and pudding. The staff is friendly, and there are plates for children, making it easy for families to spend time together.
