A stylish café where you can enjoy dried fish and a diverse menu

This specialized dried fish restaurant is a perfect stop between exploring Shiroyama Park and Odawara. The interior boasts a renovated, stylish atmosphere, with grilled dried fish and fried horse mackerel burgers being popular choices. In particular, the crispy fried horse mackerel mini burger with tartar sauce pairs excellently with the lightly toasted buns.

This is a shop run by a manufacturer of dried fish, and the interior is stylish like a café. They grill the fish after you place your order, so you can really enjoy the savory aroma. The burger with mackerel has thick, juicy meat, and the refreshing spicy sauce pairs well with it. The dried fish and chips have a light, fluffy texture, are free of any fishy smell, and are easy to eat. It's also fun to see the cooking process, and the convenience of takeout is great. They also sell dried fish, including items that can be frozen or just warmed up, so you can enjoy them at home as well.
