Handmade Soba Kisaku is a newly established soba restaurant in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Using a stone mill for hand-ground flour, they bring out the aroma and flavor of the soba with their unique homemade method, earning the love of many customers. The interior has a warm atmosphere, and the speedy and pleasant service is also one of its attractions. We hope everyone can enjoy our heartfelt, authentic handmade soba.
