There is a pond at the entrance, where koi swim leisurely, instantly creating a special atmosphere. I was guided to a partitioned Japanese-style room, where I could sit comfortably in a chair, ensuring my feet were at ease. Each dish was meticulously prepared, and the flow of aromas and textures was delightful. I was particularly impressed by the tofu that captured the umami of tomatoes and the bowl with fragrant mushrooms paired with citrus. The sashimi wrapped in kelp, the fried ribbonfish, and the winter melon with crab sauce all showcased the quality of the ingredients. The playful opportunity to feed the koi and the attentive explanations of the ingredients made for a very satisfying experience.
