This is a directly operated café where you can enjoy fresh shirasu (whitebait) and fish dishes on Shinojima Island. The raw shirasu is glossy, and when you put it in your mouth, a pleasant texture spreads. The shirasu bowl, freshly boiled on the spot, is fluffy, and with every bite, you can feel the scent of the sea. While it pairs well with soy sauce and wasabi, thanks to the exquisite boiling level, you can keep eating it as is. Inside the shop, there is a live fish tank, and the sashimi of lively fish is also very impressive. With flavors and freshness that exceed expectations, you feel happy after the meal.
