The store has a sales area at the entrance and a dining area in the back, making it very user-friendly. The soy milk hot pot is rich with plenty of thick soy milk, and while it has a mellow richness, the aftertaste is light, making the vegetables go down easily. The pork is also very tender and pairs perfectly with the soup. The finishing soy milk ice cream has a pleasant aroma and is delicious even for those who are not fond of soy milk. In the merchandise section, there are tofu and yuba available, and it was nice to be guided to taste the yuba and sample the soy milk. The okara and recipe notes that come with the purchase of tofu are convenient and make it easy to adapt at home.
