I stopped by a small rice ball specialty shop that is located alone in the middle of a field. The interior has separate entrances for eat-in and takeout, which is a bit interesting in its design. Since they make the rice balls fresh after you order, they are warm and the aroma spreads. The rice is cooked a little firmer, with distinct grains, and the flavor of the seaweed is also quite pronounced. There is a wide variety of fillings, and it’s enjoyable to take the time to choose from options like pickled plum and super spicy nanban miso. Thanks to the staff who greeted me with smiles, my way home felt even happier.
