3.1

The thick, twisted soba noodles have a strong chewiness and are very satisfying to eat. When dipped in the broth that is fragrant with dashi, the enjoyment of taking a firm bite is further enhanced. The freshly fried maitake tempura is large and crispy, providing a sense of satisfaction. The burdock tempura is also substantial, and its roasted flavor is delightful. The limited edition chamorokku dipping soba is packed with the rich flavor of the elastic meat, which pairs well with the dashi-infused broth. The interior of the restaurant is clean, lively, and comfortable to spend time in.
