It's a small shop with a calm atmosphere, featuring a counter and tables, as well as a second-floor tatami room that is easy to use. I was shown to a tatami room where I could sit comfortably, and the small dishes that were served first were all carefully prepared and exciting. The sashimi, including tuna and squid, was very fresh, and when paired with wasabi, the umami flavor was greatly enhanced. The tempura of wild vegetables was also fragrant, allowing me to fully enjoy the seasonal flavors. The pork belly stewed with salt and topped with plum paste was very impressive, lighter than I imagined, and had a pleasant aftertaste. The atmosphere is nice, and you can leisurely enjoy beer, shochu, and hot sake.
