I feel that the overall level has improved with the renewal. The Saga Venus pork samgyeopsal has a wonderful aroma and pairs perfectly with grilled kimchi, green onion salad, and lettuce. The various pickles are also flavorful, making it hard to stop eating. For lunch, I had bibimbap, and when I mixed in the gochujang, the umami spread out and paired well with the soup. The kimchi pancakes and namul that come out first are also spicy and delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, and the staff's service is attentive, making for an enjoyable dining experience.
