A Ramen Shop with Aromatic Vegetables and Special Broth

Kyoto Ramen Ban Seimenjo is a ramen shop known for its rich broth infused with aromatic vegetables. The addition of green onions and onions provides a delightful accent, making it a bowl you’ll want to finish to the last drop. The homemade thin noodles have a great texture, and the yuzu topping enhances the overall flavor.

Sitting at the counter, the fragrant steam of soy sauce wafted around, filling me with excitement. The aged soy sauce soup combined the sweetness of back fat and the umami of chicken, creating a rich flavor that was refreshing on the palate. The homemade thin straight noodles were smooth and coated well with the soup, providing a pleasant texture as they slid down my throat. The tender chashu had a strong meat flavor that made me want to order more. By changing the taste with the ginger and pepper on the table, new flavors emerged, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. I was able to relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the restaurant, and afterwards, I was filled with a sense of happiness.
