Exquisite Chinese cuisine that enhances the flavors of the ingredients

Ding Ding offers authentic Chinese dishes made with luxurious ingredients, expertly cooked over high heat. The chef's remarkable harmony in the dishes showcases a gentle Shanghai-style flavor. The fried rice, in particular, features a perfect balance of ingredients and is characterized by its simple seasoning that brings out the natural flavors.

You can enjoy elegant and light Chinese cuisine, with flavors expanding with each bite. It is not greasy, finished gently with plant-based oils, and has a refreshing aftertaste. The specialty Hainan chicken has a fragrant skin, with the aroma of soy sauce and star anise wafting up, making it deliciously savory. The fluffy stir-fried sea urchin and eggs have a light texture, and the flavor of seaweed provides a wonderful accent that is impressive. I also enjoyed the green onion soba with a rich dashi flavor and the sesame pie for dessert. Although it is a bit far from the station, it is loved by locals and often crowded, so it's reassuring to make a reservation before going.
