Motsuni, rice, pickles, and tofu. The dish is served in a large bowl with plenty of ingredients, making it very filling. There is no miso soup, but we provide kelp broth, so it's great for soup dilution. The rice is made from Koshihikari grown in Niigata Prefecture. A large serving of rice is an additional 100 yen.
