This is a warm and welcoming shop that is easy to enter with a stroller. The 90% buckwheat soba made from locally sourced Nakayama buckwheat has a slightly flat shape and a pleasantly smooth texture. Being freshly boiled, it has a fragrant aroma, and the flavor of the soba expands with each bite. The dipping sauce is not overly sweet, with a rich aroma of bonito flakes and mackerel flakes, creating a good balance with the noodles. Grating the wasabi yourself is enjoyable, and the immediate aroma is irresistible. To finish, the soba broth provides a comforting touch, and the chestnut tempura has a light batter that enhances its sweetness.
