A coffee shop with a classic atmosphere

Tsukinami Coffee Shop & Bar is an adult space nestled in a quiet alley in Kichijoji. The hand-dripped coffee brewed here is characterized by a deep richness and fragrant aroma, beloved by many customers. The interior exudes a calming atmosphere with a touch of Japanese aesthetics, and the piano stools at the counter seats are particularly striking. The sweets like pecan tarts are exquisite and pair perfectly with the coffee.

The semi-basement shop is a bit dark, with classical piano music playing, creating a very quiet and calming atmosphere. The hand-dripped original blend has a rich deep roast and a strong bitterness, followed by a gentle acidity that spreads, making it a flavor I enjoy. The blend called La Mer has a high aroma and a smooth mouthfeel that makes you want to take another sip. The chocolate pecan tart has a crispy crust with caramelized nuts that are fragrant, perfectly complementing the rich chocolate cream. The honey bourbon affogato offers the fun of pouring warm, strong coffee and sweet bourbon over gelato, and I was excited by the complex flavors. Even if the stay is not long, it allows you to feel relaxed, making it a place to look forward to stopping by during a walk.
