The appearance may seem a bit uninviting, but once you step inside, a warm atmosphere envelops you, making you feel at ease. The sushi made with locally caught fish is all fresh, and the balance with the rice is outstanding. In particular, the various types of tuna and the fluffy omelet are impressive, bringing a smile to your face the moment you taste them. A rich fish soup and red miso soup are also served, allowing you to thoroughly enjoy the umami of the broth. The owner, who manages takeout by himself, is a kind person who remembers the faces of customers and greets them. Even when the place is full, watching him skillfully prepare sushi makes you feel like you can savor the leisurely pace unique to this island.
