The bright and friendly staff welcomes you, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The counter is fun, and it's easy to drop in even if you're alone. The potato salad topped with a fried egg looks and tastes great, bringing a smile to your face. The shimachou and maruchou are delicious, making you want to keep drinking. The way to eat the high-quality wagyu tsurami sashimi wrapped in green onions and dipped in egg is irresistible. I also enjoyed the refreshing cucumber with plum dressing and the chicken and komatsuna salad with a hint of lemon, and I was happy all the way to the finishing touch of the egg over rice.
