Upon entering, there are calm table seats lined up, and it's fun to choose between those with and without a teppan (griddle). At the seats without a teppan, the finished dishes are brought to you on hot steak plates, so the steam and aroma are very pleasant. The okonomiyaki batter is fluffy and creamy, and you can really taste the deliciousness of the pork, shrimp, and squid. The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki has crunchy steamed cabbage and bean sprouts, with soba noodles and eggs layered with green onions and mayonnaise, making it the best. The side dishes, such as large grilled oysters with butter and Toyohashi-style frankfurters, are also appealing, with each dish offering a new surprise. The staff are bright and efficient, and I feel that it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.
