After seeing the exhibition, I was captivated by the connection between history and the evolution of railways. I was excited to be able to look out the window at the factory line and learn about the dedication to bamboo leaves. The masu sushi I had at the restaurant inside was soft and delicious, melting in my mouth. The beautifully arranged colors enhanced the flavor of the clear soup. The sushi with yellowtail also had just the right amount of sweetness, and it quickly became my favorite. The souvenir corner had a rich variety of items, including local sake, sweets, and even dried Hida beef, making it fun to browse around.
