This is a decoration cake born from customer feedback. It is a luxurious cake where you can enjoy both whipped cream cake and chocolate cake. You can choose from two types of chocolate cake: 'raw chocolate coating' type and 'chocolate cream piping' type. Please let us know your preference when placing an order. Also, please inform us of any dislikes for fruits or toppings, as we are open to requests. We offer 12cm for 3250 yen, 15cm for 4200 yen, and 18cm for 5200 yen (excluding tax). Our popular No.1 choux cream for the past 10 years, the 'Okagaki Choux'. The choux pastry is designed to resemble the 'waves' and 'rocks' of the Hatsu Coast in Okagaki Town. The pastry is flavored with a hint of salt. It has received great reviews for its perfect balance of sweetness when enjoyed with the rich custard. Price: 270 yen (excluding tax).
