A Japanese modern space to enjoy handmade soba
Mugen-an is a space where you can savor carefully crafted handmade soba while overlooking a Japanese garden, blending traditional and modern aesthetics. The soba dipping sauce, made with domestic ingredients and free of additives, is characterized by its rich flavor, blending four types of bonito flakes. The thick, firm texture of the soba allows you to experience its natural sweetness with every bite. The interior, featuring monkey pod and Yakusugi wood, is also a highlight, creating a warm, museum-like atmosphere.
