The quiet dining hall nestled in the forest has a warm and calming wooden interior. When I sat at the counter, the staff promptly brought me water, which was a thoughtful gesture. The yuba rice bowl features creamy yuba mixed with a raw egg, and the aroma of seaweed adds a delightful accent, making it very mellow. The tempura has a crispy batter, and the shrimp and vegetables are light and fluffy, pairing perfectly with the matcha salt. The flat udon noodles are smooth and chewy, and the light dipping sauce supports the dish well, keeping it interesting until the end. With a location that allows you to feel nature and gentle seasonal dishes, both my heart and stomach were warmly satisfied.
