The interior is clean and comfortable. Since they cook right in front of you, it's exciting even while you wait. The hamburger is fluffy and juicy, with a smooth texture. The steak is cooked just right, and it's delicious enough on its own. You can choose the amount of sauce and rice, as well as the type of salad, allowing you to customize it to your liking. Especially when you combine grated daikon with a savory soy sauce, it becomes refreshing yet rich, which is the best.

You can see the cooking process over the counter, which is exciting. The hamburger is fluffy and the flavor of the meat is well felt. There are sauces that change with the seasons, allowing you to enjoy a different taste each time. The steak can be tasted with several types of sauces, providing a high level of satisfaction. The interior has a calm atmosphere, making it comfortable for both individuals and groups. The staff is attentive, frequently checking on things like water refills.

There is a dedicated parking lot, making it easy to access by car. There is a counter in the center, and there are table seats by the window and in the back. The hamburger has a soft texture, and you can really taste the flavor of the meat. When you combine the demi-glace with mustard, the richness is complemented by a pleasant acidity, creating a perfect match. The yuzu pepper and onion sauce is refreshing and enhances the flavor of the meat. There is also a style of eating where you dip the food, and the staff's explanations and attentiveness are thorough, making you feel at ease.
