Enjoy Fragrant Harami Rice Bowls and Ramen at This Butcher-Run Eatery

At 'Fresh Hormone Market,' the inviting aroma of a butcher shop fills the air, allowing guests to casually savor ramen infused with niboshi (dried sardines) and hearty harami rice bowls. The soy sauce-based broth pairs perfectly with the thin noodles, leaving a refreshing aftertaste, while the rice bowl features generous portions of harami enhanced by a secret sauce. After your meal, you can also take home your favorite cuts of meat or homemade sauces. This establishment offers a delightful experience of Aomori's meat charm in a nostalgic atmosphere.

There are several seats in the restaurant where you can sit comfortably. You can place your order by calling out to the staff. The niboshi ramen has a light soy sauce broth made with animal stock. The toppings like chashu, menma, and nori go well together, and the noodles are thin and easy to eat. The harami rice bowl is full of meat and the sauce is delicious, while the motsu stew rice bowl has a tender texture that is satisfying. There is a meat sales corner in the restaurant, and it's nice that takeout is also available.
