We found both the pasta and the chicken to be moderately seasoned and tasty, but the pasta sauce, made with a wide variety of scallops, was a bit too rich and felt a bit heavy at the end of the meal. The flavor of the noodles themselves also has room for improvement. The chicken sauce was nicely tamed of its acidity, the skin was crispy, and the meat was cooked tender, but the chicken flavor was thin and the chicken seemed a bit overcooked for my personal tastes. Overall, however, I found the dish to be excellent.
