The building has a nostalgic atmosphere, and there is plenty of space to park your car. There are stone tables and tatami rooms, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. The hand-made soba noodles have a pleasant chewiness, and the unique texture of the noodles crafted by hand is enjoyable. The dipping sauce is slightly sweet, and when you generously coat the noodles with it, it provides a satisfying experience. The tempura made with eggplant, bell peppers, and sweet carrots, along with the long and firm shrimp tempura, is also delicious. The cold nameko mushroom with grated daikon is refreshing and pairs well with the soba, while many around me opted for the warm tempura soba.
