Minato Mirai [Din Tai Fung I went to Din Tai Fung for lunch for the first time in a while. During the summer vacation, there was always a long line and I stayed away from Din Tai Fung for a while, but on this day I was lucky to get in easily. I chose the "Noodle set with bean sprouts and shredded pork with starchy sauce" since I usually have only the standard fried rice. The small basket of noodles appeared hotter than usual! The noodles were also well covered with the starchy sauce and I couldn't stop huffing and puffing 💦. My body was warmed up and my stomach was full. The food is always delicious, no matter what you eat! Thank you for the food 😋.

Minato Mirai [Din Tai Fung We went to "Din Tai Fung", famous for its xiao ronpo (small basket dumplings), located in Yokohama Landmark Plaza for lunch. The restaurant is also famous in Taiwan, and there is always a line at the Minato Mirai branch during lunch time. On this particular day, I ordered the five-meat fried rice set (with xiaolongbao). The fried rice was crispy and tasted just the way I like it, just like real fried rice. Unfortunately, the small package was not hot, but I wondered if this was a consideration for people who wanted to eat in a hurry during lunch time. I thought it might have been a consideration for people who wanted to eat in a hurry during lunchtime. Still, the restaurant is spacious and the atmosphere is quite nice. Next time, I would like to come back for the tantanmen. Thank you for a great meal at a restaurant in Minato Mirai where you can enjoy authentic xiaolongbao.
