The dishes, primarily based on olive oil and salt, are exquisite, and I was particularly impressed by the anchovy cream pasta. The interior has a Showa-era charm, providing a calm space to enjoy your meal. Additionally, the paella is carefully prepared over time, allowing you to experience different charms with each visit.
