The mountain of tuna that appeared first was very delicious, and my expectations rose dramatically. I appreciated that they carefully asked about my preferences and dislikes, and adjusted the wasabi accordingly. The ingredients were neatly lined up in a glass case, and I was excited to see items like firefly squid and wild vegetables. The tempura, which I could choose from the ingredients right in front of me, allowed me to enjoy only the things I liked, which was satisfying. The sushi had small rice balls that paired well with the toppings, making me eat more and more. The bright atmosphere and the attentiveness of the craftsmen were impressive, and having private rooms was another nice point.
