This soba restaurant has a long history, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. The noodles are thin and light-colored, with a flavorful broth that goes down smoothly. The new soba has a wonderful aroma and a strong buckwheat flavor, which is satisfying. The zaru (cold soba served on a bamboo tray) is topped with plenty of nori (seaweed), and it pairs well with the condiments like green onions and wasabi. The freshly fried tempura is crispy, and it's delightful to enjoy it with salt. There are also set meals with rice bowls and items like itawasa (sliced fish with soba), making it fun to choose.
