The aroma of the handmade soba is wonderful, and its texture is light and very delicious. The tempura, made with vegetables, shrimp, and chicken, is crispy and pairs perfectly with the soba. There is also a fish menu, and the sashimi is delicious. The interior features a counter where you can see the kitchen, and there are seats on the second floor where you can relax. The owner manages everything efficiently by themselves, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The walls are lined with shochu, and there are regular customers, allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.
