Chinese Cuisine Ichiryugama is a popular spot among tourists, located in a shopping district in Yokohama. Its biggest attraction is the homemade char siu and various Cantonese dishes cooked in a custom pot made from lava stones from Mount Fuji. The dishes, crafted by a chef who honed his skills in a luxury hotel, use carefully selected ingredients to deliver exquisite flavors that are truly one-of-a-kind.
